6th Favourite Film - Forrest Gump

I know what you're thinking "This is odd.... I thought he only likes films that were part of a series, a trilogy or a saga..." Well its a great movie so shut up!

Yes, Forrest Gump is on my top ten list of movies. There are three main reasons for this choice:

• Simplicity: The story is very simple to understand for the most part. A man on a bench waiting for a bus, telling his life story to anyone willing to listen.
• Surprising Events: For who is a very simple minded man, Forrest, gets into very important events. From the Vietnam War to the U.S Ping Pong Team, to becoming a shrimp boat captain, even finding out he is a father.
• Tom Hanks: Enough said.
